Staffing Guidelines
- All games will need a cash person (must be a board member), an inventory person, a cook and a stand manager
(someone to oversee setup and clean up and answer general questions so the cash and inventory people are not interrupted)
- Students must be at least 16 years old to work Rays games - Games that are staffed for 15 can have no more than 5 students (7 registers open) - Games that are staffed for 12 can have no more than 3 students (7 registers open) - Games that are staffed for 7 or 8 can have no more than 2 students (3/4 registers open) - Cancellations must be done no less than 2 days prior to the game whenever possible.
If you can get someone to work for you, that would be ideal. - Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the game must be done via phone call to the Rays chairperson.
Simply removing your name from the list will not suffice with less than 2 days' notice. - If staffing levels are reduced by Centerplate due to anticipated low attendance, those who have worked the most games will be given first option to work or not New to the spreadsheet format?
