I would like to welcome you to the Events Volunteer Sign up Page.  All events that require volunteers aside from the Rays games will be posted on this page.  All you need to do is click the link below "Event" and you will see a spread sheet for the first event of the season.  The tabs will take you to each event as they are posted and please keep in mind that not all reporting times are available, but as they become available the spread sheet will be updated.  Also, please do not put any information in the time in or time out section as this spread sheet will be used the day of the event for signing in.

 

As many of you know it takes a lot of volunteers to make these events happen and if you put in your 40 hours of volunteer time, your band account will be credited $100.   

Please make sure that you have submitted a volunteer form before signing up for any events.  These forms will be checked prior to leaving the band room.
