The 3rd Annual Guard Extravaganza
is Friday, April 26th at 7:00 pm at the Osceola gym.
This is a free event where we collect donations for Relay for Life. As the band does not have a team this year, the proceeds will be split between GSA and the Spanish Teams-both groups that many of our band members participate in. Please come out and show support to these hard working students. The drumline and guard both had great seasons and this is a perfect opportunity for everyone to get to see the shows without the high price of a competition admission.
AS well, we will be having the annual bake sale-if you would like to contribute any items, they can be dropped off any time after 430pm at the gym. Rosa and Jesus will have a special treat this year-deep-fried oreos!!! There is to be a chocolate chip cookie bake-off. Kathy Pennington claims to make the best cookies in the world-who accepts the challenge???? Plus other great contests.
Come out, invite everyone you know!!!! We would love to see all the band families-including incoming freshmen, come out and support this great cause!!!
